Lead and prioritize business systems roadmap for manufacturing, aligning ERP/MES/PLM integrations with supply chain, operations, and finance. Lead systems development for advanced battery energy systems: derive and maintain system and sub-system requirements, validate against standards, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage trade-offs, and ensure performance, functionality, and safety throughout the product lifecycle.
