Manage end-to-end HR operations for Lyten Poland, including onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding, HR data and systems maintenance, payroll coordination, benefits and leave administration, compliance with labor law, employee support, vendor and finance collaboration, and HR project support in a fast-growing manufacturing startup.

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex engineering, IT, and CAPEX projects (factory lines, system integration). Develop WBS, schedules, and resource plans; manage risks, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams; communicate status to executives; apply Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PMO best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Prepare and post journal entries, perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, maintain fixed asset sub-ledger and depreciation, support month-end close, and provide audit schedules and documentation to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Design, build, and operate scalable data infrastructure and pipelines for high-frequency lab/test data. Integrate lab equipment, ensure data quality and traceability, automate processing and reporting, and support engineers and scientists with validated datasets. Evolve architecture and lead data strategy and governance as the organization scales.

Develop, commission, and own electrical test systems and processes for a new production line. Drive test equipment reliability, MSA, SPC, process validation, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, documentation, technician training, and continuous improvement focused on OEE and production sustainability.

Lead and prioritize business systems roadmap for manufacturing, aligning ERP/MES/PLM integrations with supply chain, operations, and finance. Provide program management, hands-on system configuration, troubleshooting, and architectural governance to ensure manufacturing continuity, cost optimization, and scalable production systems.

Lead systems development for advanced battery energy systems: derive and maintain system and sub-system requirements, validate against standards, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage trade-offs, and ensure performance, functionality, and safety throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop, validate, and deliver advanced multi-physics simulation models for battery cells (performance, degradation, thermal, swelling, mechanical, safety). Parameterize models with experimental data, support BMS and customer-facing projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to commercialize next-generation chemistries and prismatic cells.

Design, implement, and verify core BMS firmware in C for safety-critical energy storage systems. Develop cell monitoring, balancing, SOC/SOH estimation, and protection modules; optimize real-time performance; debug MCU peripheral interactions; and ensure software quality via unit tests, CI/CD, static analysis, and documentation.

Design, operate, and improve Lyten's cloud-native platform infrastructure. Implement IaC, CI/CD, serverless and Kubernetes-based systems, drive SRE practices, ensure observability and security compliance, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers to improve platform reliability and scalability.
