Ensure compliance with Swedish legislation, tax requirements, pensions, social security obligations, collective bargaining agreements, and union requirements while coordinating with HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and global stakeholders.

Supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, reference and background checks, offers, ATS/HRIS data, job postings, onboarding training, and recruiting projects. The role maintains GDPR-compliant candidate records in Workday, builds Excel tracking tools, troubleshoots scheduling and LMS issues, and helps improve recruiting and onboarding processes while coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.

Provide L1/L2 technical support across office and manufacturing environments. Install, configure, maintain, and lifecycle-manage endpoints, operating systems, applications, printers, mobile devices, and workplace technology. Administer user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding. Troubleshoot incidents, document systems and procedures, support ITSM processes, identify security and continuity risks, and contribute to automation, technology deployments, operational improvements, and production ramp-up initiatives.

Lead design, implementation, and launch of manufacturing equipment and production stations. Develop fixtures, tooling, robot grippers; manage suppliers; run FAT/SAT; support commissioning, ramp-up, DFM/DFA, process documentation, and continuous improvement for high-volume manufacturing.

Develop, commission, and maintain machine vision and optical inspection systems for production. Integrate vision outputs with PLC/SCADA/MES, optimize image processing algorithms, perform FATs and HAZOP participation, author technical documentation, mentor engineers, and support continuous improvement to ensure quality, throughput, and equipment uptime in battery cell manufacturing environments.

Design, deploy, operate, and improve enterprise, datacenter, cloud, and industrial OT networks across factory, office, and production environments. Manage Cisco SD-Access, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Industrial Ethernet, monitoring and observability using Grafana and Prometheus, and lead incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with global IT, OT, and automation teams to maintain secure, reliable infrastructure and support network automation.
