Coordinates and monitors training for new and existing employees on electronic health and dental record systems. Provides follow-up training, evaluates workflows and processes for efficiency improvements, and collaborates with management to develop and revise standards, policies, and procedures. The position is generally Monday through Friday during regular business hours and requires travel to company sites.
