Leads the corporate accounting team and oversees accounting operations for a hotel portfolio. Manages month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, audits, tax and regulatory compliance, construction accounting, capital expenditures, and insurance claims. Provides financial analysis, forecasting support, process improvement, and strategic assistance while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
