Assists the Community Manager with daily operations and financial administration for a residential property. Responsibilities include rent collection, leasing, resident relations, vendor oversight, maintenance coordination, inspections, compliance, bookkeeping, invoice review, financial reporting, and property performance. The role may act for the Community Manager during absences and requires evening and weekend availability.

Manages day-to-day apartment community operations, including financial administration, leasing, resident retention, personnel supervision, maintenance coordination, safety compliance, vendor relationships, and emergency response. Oversees on-site staff, maintains records and resident files, supports budgeting and rent collection, monitors property appearance and occupancy, handles resident concerns, and ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws.
