Provides technical administration and Tier 1/2 support for Yardi Voyager and RentCafe in an affordable housing environment. Responsibilities include system configuration, user and security setup, data integrity, HUD and LIHTC compliance support, SQL and ETL integrations, custom reporting, upgrades, testing, documentation, stakeholder requirements gathering, process improvement, and user training.

Owns the enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune. Responsibilities include platform health, identity and access management, security and compliance controls, licensing, automation, governance, vendor/MSP coordination, roadmap initiatives, migrations, documentation, and user training. The role partners with security and technology teams to maintain a secure, compliant, high-performing collaboration environment.

Senior individual contributor who owns and administers the enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune). Ensure platform health, security, compliance (DLP, Purview), licensing, identity lifecycle, and Conditional Access. Coordinate with MSP and Microsoft support, lead migrations and tenant roadmap initiatives (Fabric, Syntex, Copilot), automate with PowerShell, and provide training and documentation. Requires stakeholder collaboration and ITIL-aligned change management.
