Lead athletic event operations and fan experience for middle and high school sports, managing scoreboard/PA/video production, ticketing, security coordination, score reporting, media asset organization, student engagement initiatives, game announcing, and collaboration with marketing, facilities, and security to ensure safe, well-run events throughout the year.

Manage prospect research and moves management for major gift officers. Identify and screen prospects (parents, alumni, community supporters), prepare briefing documents and reports, maintain Raiser's Edge records, support targeted prospect lists, and safeguard confidential donor information to build the major gift pipeline.
