Lead academic and operational functions of a STEM-focused school: set strategic vision, drive STEM curriculum and instructional innovation, mentor staff, monitor student outcomes, manage budgets and compliance, and build community and industry partnerships to enhance real-world STEM learning.

Lead and execute end-to-end growth and marketing strategy: build brand awareness, manage content and social media, run and optimize paid Meta/Google campaigns, improve lead generation and conversion, develop CRM/email automation, analyse performance, and manage internal and external marketing resources to drive enrolments and lower acquisition costs.

Lead global operations and compliance across Finance, Client Support, Desk Operations, and Session Monitoring. Enforce SLAs and session success targets, run daily and monthly compliance audits (Zoho Desk, WhatsApp), validate session and payroll data integrity, design dashboards and KPIs, optimize staffing with predictive analytics, manage escalations and outages, and maintain institutional operational governance and IP.
