Lead and coach a regional trust team, manage full lifecycle of trust relationships (opening, administration, closing), support business development and client/advisor liaison, ensure regulatory reporting and risk/compliance escalation, participate in discretionary reviews, and drive process improvements and external visibility for the bank's trust and fiduciary services.

Provide Windows desktop and laptop support, build and deploy OS images and packages, troubleshoot hardware/software and networking issues, manage inventories, create accounts, and support enterprise applications and desktop management tools.

Provide wealth planning expertise for high‑net‑worth clients ($5M+), develop and implement comprehensive estate, trust, retirement, gifting and tax strategies, advise clients and prospects, collaborate with advisors and vendors, and keep advisors informed on regulatory changes.
