Build and improve core P2P networking and storage primitives in Node.js. Implement and optimize high-performance network protocols, NAT traversal, custom binary serialization, and secure P2P cryptography. Profile and tune networked systems, and work with native addons, libuv/C, and V8 performance characteristics to reduce latency and increase reliability.

Develop and maintain Holepunch's Node.js-based P2P stack, expand and manage a large npm ecosystem, write modular reusable modules, test and debug production systems, and work on networking/distributed systems optimizations in a fully remote team.
