The Membership Sales Representative welcomes and engages YMCA members, conducts tours and onboarding, promotes memberships and programs, and meets sales and retention goals. The role also provides wellness support, fitness equipment guidance, member retention outreach, payment and registration processing, and community engagement. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, inclusive environment, handling member concerns, supporting wellness initiatives, and following YMCA safety, confidentiality, and conduct policies.
