The COO will lead operational strategy and execution across a multi-site YMCA, overseeing membership, facilities, finance, staffing, community relations, and data-driven performance. They will manage large budgets, implement the strategic framework, mentor leadership, coordinate with the Board and CEO, and drive organizational growth, sustainability, and inclusive culture across 29 operations, 220 program sites, camps, and 3,000+ staff.

Serve as a frontline ambassador to welcome and engage members, conduct membership sales and retention activities, deliver wellness consultations and onboarding, support safe fitness center use, process memberships/payments, and participate in community outreach and YMCA leadership initiatives to drive belonging and membership growth.

Manage budgets, audits, deliverables, site visits, and program quality while collaborating with finance, centers, schools, and community stakeholders.
