Support the European Publicity team with media outreach and administrative tasks: maintain publicity databases, draft press releases/emails, research, log review coverage, manage mailers and review copy requests, assist event attendance, and prepare materials for meetings under the supervision of a Publicist.

Process and verify invoices and employee expense reports for US and UK offices, run payments (ACH/wire), reconcile corporate card statements, deposit receivables, prepare journal entries, assist with reconciliations and audits, contact vendors to resolve issues, scan/distribute accounting mail, and help improve AP workflows and documentation.
