Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software to meet client requirements. Analyze requests, implement solutions, follow change control, resolve tickets or escalate, document and test deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Oversee and assure compliance with the Master Coordinating Agreement, validate and reconcile TTUHSC invoices, coordinate with Accounting and Legal, perform month-over-month and quarterly financial analyses, and maintain documentation to support audits and reporting.

Install, extend, document, and maintain hospital network infrastructure and cabling. Coordinate network expansion, distribute and label servers/equipment, maintain communication racks, and support remote clinic network connections. Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and perform duties as assigned by IT management.

Manage medium-to-large IT projects using PMBOK methodologies: plan, execute, monitor, and close projects on scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, report status, manage risks/issues/schedules, ensure compliance, support change management, and mentor team members.
