Greet and direct customers, manage inbound switchboard calls, route inquiries to appropriate departments, provide administrative backup, assist with problem resolution, and maintain a welcoming front-desk presence for the dealership.

Works with sales and management to present financing and protection product options, review credit applications, prepare loan/DMV/delivery documents, ensure legal compliance and outstanding customer service, and support profitable deal closings.
