Greet showroom customers, handle inquiries by phone/text/email, present product features, accessories, and financing, manage leads and CRM notes, coordinate deliveries with finance/parts/service, maintain showroom appearance, and participate in product and sales training.

Lead and coach the sales team to meet volume, gross profit, and CSI goals; manage lead flow and CRM usage; desk and structure deals with F&I; monitor inventory and showroom standards; run sales meetings, analyze KPIs, and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
