Design, develop, and integrate electromechanical systems for drone motors and robotic actuators. Collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing teams; create test plans and build test and manufacturing automation equipment; develop embedded software and hardware integration; document specifications and perform R&D to improve product performance and reliability.

Lead sales strategy and growth for drone motors and robot actuators. Manage and mentor the sales team, build relationships with OEMs and robotics companies, align sales with product and engineering, forecast and report performance, and represent Westmag at industry events.

Design, build, and execute motor and actuator test processes and rigs for production and R&D. Analyze test data to identify trends and root causes, support product qualification and certification, document SOPs, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and field teams to improve reliability and performance. Hire and train test technicians and manage multiple test projects.

Support day-to-day operations across production, supply chain, procurement, and quality. Manage inventory, order processing, supplier communications, production scheduling, reporting, SOPs, and continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and capacity planning.

Design, simulate, and optimize motors and actuators for drones and robotics. Develop electrical, mechanical, and thermal specifications; prototype, test, and validate designs; collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and field teams to ensure feasibility and continuous product improvement. Document processes and stay current on industry technologies.

Lead People Operations to build scalable recruiting, onboarding, performance management, L&D, and employee engagement. Design HR policies promoting inclusion and compliance, partner with leadership to align people strategy with business growth, implement health and safety programs, and manage/develop a high-performing HR team in a fast-paced manufacturing startup.
