Processes and pre-underwrites residential mortgage loans from application through closing. Reviews loan files, verifies documentation, orders appraisals and title work, clears underwriting and funding conditions, coordinates closing details, and ensures compliance with lender, secondary-market, and applicable regulations. Troubleshoots complex or problem loans while coordinating with loan originators, borrowers, lenders, and closing agents. Maintains accurate records, monitors pipelines, prepares reports, and protects confidential information.

Serve as a bridge between mortgage business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, create prototypes, validate APIs/integrations, manage roadmaps, guide full‑stack development, coordinate testing and UAT, and monitor product adoption and improvements.

Provide administrative support across People & Culture functions including HR operations, compliance audits, personnel file management, employee engagement/events, project coordination, data entry/reconciliation, and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
