Lead operations across a multifamily property portfolio, driving occupancy, revenue, financial performance, compliance, resident satisfaction, asset preservation, and expense control. Hire, train, mentor, and manage community teams; monitor budgets, delinquency, maintenance, renovations, and property conditions; analyze market trends and competition; ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance; and build relationships with residents, local communities, and ownership stakeholders.
