Oversee multi-state, multi-entity payroll processing, tax compliance, benefits deduction reconciliation, HRIS administration, timekeeping configuration, and year-end reporting. Lead payroll system implementations and maintain accurate payroll, tax, benefits, and general ledger integrations. Resolve payroll issues, manage agency notices and filings, support audits, and partner with accounting, HR, property leaders, vendors, and benefits providers.

Provides administrative and operational support to the hotel Sales team. Coordinates contracts, proposals, group reservations, meeting rooms, event setups, Banquet Event Orders, reports, documentation, and interdepartmental communication. Assists with business solicitation, site tours, marketing materials, social media, guest interactions, and hotel-related events while maintaining organized records and high service standards.
