Leads a university-wide career success ecosystem for students in software, games, digital media, audio, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include integrating career preparation into curricula, coaching resumes and portfolios, developing internship and job pipelines, managing career fairs, engaging alumni, recruiting industry volunteers, and cultivating employer relationships. The Director owns placement outcomes, career programming, employer partnerships, mentorship initiatives, and reporting while representing the university at industry events.

Provide in-class support to faculty by guiding students on technical, hands-on coursework and projects, clarifying assignments and rubrics, offering project management advice, and assisting with administrative tasks like attendance under faculty supervision.

Support the Head Esports Coach by coordinating operations, scheduling practices/competitions, recruiting and mentoring student-athletes, conducting video analysis and coaching, running events and trainings, liaising with internal teams (Marketing, Admissions), and handling admissions/enrollment tasks to improve recruitment, engagement, and retention.
