Lead business development for U.S. DoD and allied military clothing and soldier-worn equipment programs. Identify and capture program-level opportunities, develop capture strategies for IDIQs and multi-year contracts, engage acquisition stakeholders to shape requirements, manage a global pipeline, support proposals/pricing, coordinate trials and testing, build partner relationships, and liaise with production to ensure deliverability and forecasting.

Own regional sales results by prospecting and growing accounts, forecasting revenue, building customer relationships, coordinating with production and R&D, delivering product training, and traveling for customer meetings and trade shows to meet/exceed targets.
