Lead the Customer Master Data product end-to-end across Austria and CEE: set vision and roadmap, manage budget and team, prioritize business and technical requirements, ensure operational stability of customer data systems, liaise with stakeholders and external partners, and drive cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Lead design, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across CEE. Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention with data-driven strategies, monitor KPIs, ensure GDPR compliance, enable stakeholders, and support CRM tool adoption and knowledge sharing across markets.
