Build and maintain responsive web and cross-platform mobile apps using React and React Native (Expo). Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, integrate with REST/SOAP and ESBs, implement scalable front-end architecture, ensure UI/UX feasibility and ADA compliance, write tests, conduct code reviews, and support CI/CD and SDLC practices.

Ensure federal grant expenditures comply with 2 CFR Part 200 by reviewing cost allocation plans, validating allowability of costs, reconciling financial data, excluding unallowable costs, supporting financial reports, and advising on cost allocation across hospitals, universities, tribal entities, and non-profits.

Test web applications by designing and executing manual test cases and scripts, document test management artifacts (test plans, defect reports), work on Agile projects, use JIRA/Rational/Confluence/SharePoint, and support testing of transactional and responsive applications. ISTQB certification is preferred.

Develop and deploy serverless AWS applications, build and maintain REST APIs, implement CI/CD (ADO) pipelines, write automated tests, and use OpenAPI for API-first design.

Design, develop, customize, test, and troubleshoot integrations between software systems to ensure seamless data flow. Document implementations, collaborate with development and project teams, provide end-user technical support, and stay current with integration platforms and cloud technologies.

Design, build and execute automated and manual mobile test frameworks for iOS and Android using Appium, Selenium and Java/Cucumber. Configure Xcode, provisioning, CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, GitHub), Selenium Grid and cloud test platforms (Sauce Labs). Create test cases in ALM, perform regression, parallel, push-notification, GPS, geo-restriction, entitlement and force-upgrade testing, and report defects. Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation into CI pipelines and present sprint demos.

Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and automation. Hands-on AWS, Windows and Linux administration, shell scripting, Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins for CI/CD. Support production incidents including off-hours, participate in prototyping and agile practices, and use Jira/Git/Confluence for collaboration.
