Design and develop scalable learning solutions (ILT, VILT, self-paced) by applying instructional design and adult learning theory. Create facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and job aids; partner with SMEs and leaders; track effectiveness using LMS and reporting tools; facilitate select sessions and support program logistics. Use data to improve programs and align learning to business needs.
