Design and lead Salesforce architecture and integrations, develop Apex/Visualforce solutions, implement SOAP/REST services, manage deployments and migrations, mentor teams, and produce technical strategy and documentation for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Lead analysis and design of enterprise Java architectures: interview stakeholders, document current-state architecture and pain points, define future-state architecture, perform gap analysis, and develop transition architectures to migrate systems to the target state.

Lead and support TDHCA's CAPPS PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 implementation: analyze, develop PeopleSoft code and reports, build interfaces, perform data migration, and provide project-team communication and support.

Perform process research across compliance, security, legal, and vendor risk; provide findings and recommendations; collaborate to define, evaluate, and implement Governance, Regulatory, and Compliance (GRC) platform components to integrate enterprise risk management processes and reporting.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications using Spring, Hibernate and JBPM. Participate in SDLC, design and architecture reviews, and project lifecycle activities. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a global delivery model, applying analytical skills within Financial Services/Investment domain.
