Reviews payroll reports, maintains employee records, resolves timekeeping issues, handles garnishments and off-cycle payments, and supports benefit contribution funding. The role generates payroll reports, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, maintains confidential information, and collaborates with store management and internal departments. Advanced Excel skills and multi-state payroll experience are required.

Supports the Controller with accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and monthly and annual close processes. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and overseeing general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and cash management. The role coordinates audit and tax requests, applies GAAP, improves accounting processes, and supervises accounting staff.
