Support AFRL executive operations by coordinating task management, workflow tracking, suspense management, and leadership action items. Maintain organizational processes, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of actions. Requires bachelor's or equivalent, 3+ years' experience, and Secret clearance eligibility.

Support AFRL acquisition activities including procurement planning, acquisition strategy, purchasing, contract administration, market research, and business operations for R&D programs while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.

Provide business and financial management support including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, CCaRS administration, financial tracking, and program execution for a DoD contract at WPAFB.

Provide Tier 2/3 administration, sustainment, and emergency support for the Linx Predator Elite IDS and associated access control/video systems at Joint Base Andrews. Ensure cybersecurity compliance, maintain documentation, perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance, develop disaster recovery plans, and train technicians in classified, high-visibility environments.

Support digital marketing, branding, and multimedia initiatives: create digital signage and marketing collateral, maintain audiovisual equipment inventory, ensure AFRL/PA brand compliance, collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, and assist on communications projects and stakeholder engagement while maintaining NDA protections.

Develop and manage digital communications products, internal news content, and organizational messaging platforms for AFRL. Create digital content and support digital news broadcasts to communicate organizational messaging.

Provide logistics support managing equipment accountability, inventory, maintenance documentation, tool control, calibration tracking, and laboratory operational readiness for an Air Force site.
