Lead NCC Industry’s strategy, business development, growth, and M&A agenda during its transition into a standalone company. Manage and develop a team of approximately ten professionals, establish governance and ways of working, evaluate acquisitions and partnerships, identify commercial opportunities, and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. Partner with senior leadership, business units, sales, and Nordic market leaders to build alignment and drive execution.
