Provide full-cycle admission support including outreach, event coordination, interview scheduling, data management in Finalsite, and collaboration with faculty, families, and campus partners to guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment.

Manage timely, accurate gift acknowledgements, gift data entry, and reporting to support fundraising strategy. Serve as liaison with Business Office, assist stewardship and events, execute mailings, support volunteers, and help with audit and Form 990 gift-related sections.

Support alumni relations, reunion programming, St. Mark's Fund outreach, and major gifts prospect identification. Manage event staffing, volunteer recruitment and support, data entry, reporting, stewardship activities, and donor engagement to strengthen philanthropic participation across alumni, parents, and grandparents.
