Lead business development to drive group, corporate, and leisure revenue for the hotel. Build client relationships, conduct site tours, prepare proposals and contracts, negotiate terms, maintain sales pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with operations and revenue management, attend trade shows, and ensure high client satisfaction while meeting occupancy and revenue targets.

Build and optimize Revinate CRM segmentation and automation, design guest lifecycle messaging and emails, write campaign copy, partner with channel leads and regional teams, and track performance with recaps and recommendations.

Perform daily accounting tasks including processing transactions, reconciling bank and cash accounts, supporting accounts payable/receivable, assisting month- and year-end close, preparing financial reports, supporting payroll and audits, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and collaborating across departments to resolve discrepancies.
