Lead major gifts fundraising by managing the full gift cycle for a regional portfolio ($5,000+) and partnering with the CEO on high-level donors. Create and execute moves management plans, prepare proposals and donor briefings, steward donor communications, collaborate with internal teams and foundations, and travel (~25%) for donor meetings and events to secure philanthropic investments in Care Net's mission.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President/CEO and Executive Team, managing calendars, travel, communications, donor/stakeholder tracking, board meeting logistics, filing, budgets, and event coordination. Maintain contact lists, track call reports, manage HubSpot pipelines, prepare expense reports and minutes, support media/podcast coordination, and assist with office operations and special projects while upholding the organization's faith-based mission.
