Own product strategy and execution for Finvari’s construction accounting and payments platform. Define and prioritize features, coordinate releases, measure outcomes, collaborate with UX and engineering, and support ERP integrations, customer onboarding, and success. The role focuses on corporate cards, accounts payable, construction accounting workflows, and expanding product capabilities for finance and accounting leaders at midsize and large construction companies.

Define and build accounting and payments software for construction companies. Own product strategy, feature prioritization, customer-focused metrics, ERP integrations, and release coordination. Serve as an expert in corporate cards and construction accounts payable, advise customers on best practices, support onboarding, and collaborate closely with engineering and customer success. The role requires accounting knowledge, product management or consulting experience, and weekly in-person collaboration in Seattle.

Manage Finvari’s BSA/AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, regulatory reporting, compliance testing, audits, and remediation programs. Liaise with issuing banks, card networks, regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders. Develop compliance policies, SOPs, training, and assessments; improve onboarding tools and workflows with operations and engineering; and manage unusual activity and fraud cases. Ensure compliance processes, reporting, and systems meet regulatory and partner requirements.

Build and scale front-end and full-stack features for a SaaS payments platform serving construction companies. Responsibilities include developing React and React Native applications, contributing to a serverless GCP backend, creating scalable software for large data volumes, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, and designing innovative finance and accounting tools.

Serve as the technical champion for SaaS customers by leading onboarding and implementations, troubleshooting data, integration, and API issues, configuring solutions, and driving problems through resolution. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, documentation, and product feedback loops. The role requires strong SQL and data-querying skills, B2B SaaS experience, analytical problem-solving, clear communication, and independent ownership in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Supports trade shows, conferences, webinars, campaigns, content programs, and sales enablement initiatives. Coordinates event logistics, vendors, speakers, marketing platforms, communications, assets, timelines, budgets, and reporting. Partners with sales, agencies, and leadership on outreach, lead management, campaign performance, and program evaluation. The role progressively assumes ownership of key marketing programs from planning through execution.
