Manages the Academy’s administrative and academic technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, Google Workspace, communications systems, audiovisual equipment, web platforms, and physical security technology. Develops technology plans, policies, budgets, disaster recovery processes, and staff training. Oversees purchasing, licensing, inventory, system upgrades, IT support, cybersecurity, and technology alignment with educational and operational goals.
