Lead traffic engineering tasks across studies, preliminary design, and plan development for freeways, corridors, and intersections. Perform traffic impact analyses, operational modeling, signal warrant studies, and intersection control evaluations. Coordinate with clients, public agencies, and internal teams while managing quality reviews, risks, resources, scopes, budgets, and schedules. Mentor and supervise staff, represent the firm in stakeholder meetings, and apply engineering judgment and applicable standards.

Leads and grows the traffic engineering group, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risk, resources, and client relationships. Oversees traffic studies, preliminary designs, plan development, modeling, signal and intersection evaluations, and quality reviews. Drives business development, proposals, contracts, budgeting, and market expansion while mentoring staff and advising on hiring. The role serves public and private transportation clients and requires strong technical judgment, communication, and team leadership.
