Ensure functional safety for infotainment and connected vehicle features by performing HARA, DFMEA/FTA/FMEDA, developing safety requirements and mechanisms, and validating via LabCar/HiL and vehicle tests. Collaborate with HMI, Connectivity, Diagnostics, Platform, and Electrical teams to prevent failures from affecting safety-critical functions or causing driver distraction.

Lead migration of the Cloud OTA platform to a Kubernetes-native control plane (Crossplane); design and implement resilient, high-scale microservices in Java/Python/Go; own GitOps and CI/CD with Argo CD and GitLab; manage AWS infrastructure (EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Kinesis); establish observability (Datadog/Prometheus) and operational best practices; mentor the Belgrade team and define platform standards for zero-downtime global vehicle updates.

Design and implement mechatronic body control systems (closures, lighting, seating). Produce functional specs, develop control algorithms (PID, feedforward, motion profiling), create and run Unit/SIL/HIL tests, support ISO 26262 FMEA, tune features on vehicles, develop diagnostic interfaces, and collaborate across electrical, software, and physical domains to troubleshoot and integrate features.
