Collaborates with cross-functional teams and suppliers to develop robust battery-management and power-distribution hardware. Supports vehicle integration testing and ensures compliance with automotive functional-safety and regulatory standards.

Design and own high-speed, power, mixed-signal, and HDI PCB layouts for automotive ECUs, including ADAS, battery management, body, zonal, and infotainment systems. Manage signal and power integrity, component libraries, manufacturing and DFM collaboration, ECAD configuration, and PCB design process development. Drive full lifecycle development from layout through manufacturing while resolving space, performance, durability, and technical trade-offs.

Lead regulatory compliance for assigned vehicle domains, guide engineering teams on global regulations, author and manage DVPs, ensure regulation-to-code traceability, assess change impacts, coordinate validation testing and certification evidence, and improve homologation scalability across markets.

Own the organization’s data strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap across vehicle telemetry, manufacturing, and enterprise data. Lead large-scale streaming and batch data platform development while remaining hands-on with designs, code, and performance issues. Recruit and manage data engineering and analytics teams, partner cross-functionally on reliability and product needs, establish quality and security standards, oversee reporting, and manage tooling, vendors, and budget.

Lead regulatory engineering for a software-defined vehicle domain: author and maintain DVPs, ensure regulation-to-code traceability, guide engineering and homologation stakeholders, assess change impacts, coordinate validation testing and certification evidence, and improve scalable homologation processes across programs and markets.
