Produce and edit construction drawings and specifications for Division 27/28 low-voltage systems. Provide design and project management support for structured cabling, PA/intercom, sound reinforcement, video distribution, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, ERRC, and fire alarm. Coordinate with architects, project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors, ensure code compliance, and use Revit/AutoCAD and Bluebeam to deliver accurate, well-documented designs on schedule.

Build, deploy, and support full-stack applications and integrations for AEC workflows. Develop API-first back ends, modern React/TypeScript front ends, Azure-hosted solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Partner with stakeholders, implement secure development practices, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, guide architecture decisions, and mentor teammates to improve reliability, performance, and user experience.

Serve as senior client-facing leader overseeing client relations, project team performance, service delivery, staffing, and business development. Drive strategic planning, culture, QA/QC, and collaborate with Marketing & BD to grow accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

Lead and elevate firmwide architectural design; supervise and mentor design staff; ensure consistent design quality across projects; support business development, firmwide design standards, and integration of technologies into design processes.

Manage project financials through accurate project setup and billing, invoice processing, AR monitoring and collections, WIP preparation, month-end close support, expense reimbursement review, financial analysis, internal controls, and close partnership with Project Managers and Operations to track project performance and profitability.

Design and coordinate HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and K-12 facilities: perform load calculations, equipment selection and sizing, Revit and AutoCAD documentation, QA/QC, clash coordination, mentor junior staff, conduct site inspections, and ensure installations meet specifications and codes.

Manage project financials by ensuring contract compliance, accurate billing, AR/AP processing, vendor invoice review, ERP project setup, month-end and year-end close support, WIP preparation, internal controls, and financial analysis in partnership with Project Managers and Operations.

Serve as the front-line contact for clients and visitors, manage multi-line phones, schedule meetings, support hospitality and office logistics, handle mail and administrative tasks, and maintain a professional, organized office environment.
