Audit interns support audits, reviews, compilations, and tax return preparation for nonprofit, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction clients. The role requires collaboration with accounting teams, client-site travel, strong communication, Excel proficiency, and availability for approximately 25 hours weekly from mid-January through April 15. Support the firm’s internal accounting operations including AR/AP, payment processing, reconciliations, billing system maintenance, bank and month‑end reconciliations, collections support, vendor payments, and process improvements while working closely with the Controller and internal stakeholders.

Manage and supervise audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held businesses and nonprofits. Lead engagement planning, review financial statements and workpapers, advise on complex GAAP and audit matters, evaluate internal controls, manage engagement teams, mentor staff, and maintain client relationships. Support preparation of related tax returns and participate in firm professional development.

Lead and grow a cybersecurity GRC advisory practice: design and oversee NIST/ISO-aligned frameworks, lead CUI/DFARS/NIST 800-171 compliance, manage technical control implementations (SIEM, MFA, encryption), advise on secure federal cloud environments, run assessments/remediation, direct incident response, deliver executive reporting, and build client-facing cybersecurity services.

Manage tax compliance and advisory engagements for businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Oversee preparation and review of complex federal and state returns, lead engagement teams, mentor staff, provide tax research and planning, and maintain client relationships while supporting firm growth.

Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and migrations, advise on process redesign and reporting, manage integrations and data conversion, guide testing/training/go-live and post-go-live support, serve as primary client contact, and support business development to grow the ERP consulting practice.
