Provides ICT support across the Damaturu office and sub-bases, including network administration, user onboarding, account management, backups, cybersecurity, software installation, CCTV systems, equipment procurement and maintenance, asset tracking, communications services, and staff training. The role also manages ICT consumables, supports energy-related projects, coordinates service providers and repairs, maintains equipment records, and ensures timely day-to-day technical assistance across multiple locations.
