Provides Level I technical support for staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, Microsoft 365, peripherals, and security-related issues. Documents and escalates incidents, supports onboarding, and maintains user and asset records. Also develops Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and SQL queries; gathers reporting requirements, validates data, investigates discrepancies, and supports business intelligence, data quality, and organizational decision-making.
