Lead QA activities for customer‑facing digital products and internal platforms: design and execute manual and automated tests across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations; improve test automation and coverage; validate reliability, performance, and security; track defects and support root‑cause analysis; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive quality improvements.
