Supports the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancement, and continuous improvement of manufacturing applications across global production facilities. Own indirect tax (VAT, ESL, Intrastat) compliance and reporting across multiple European jurisdictions. Maintain VAT settlements, review postings and reconciliations, support SAP tax determination, participate in VAT-related projects (e-invoicing, SAF-T), drive control framework and process improvements, support audits, provide guidance to stakeholders and junior colleagues, and ensure documentation and regulatory alignment.

Serve as product owner and SME for global Core HR and Total Rewards processes and platforms (SuccessFactors EC, Compensation, ServiceNow HRSD). Manage help desk/vendor portal operations, escalations, governance (RACI, SOPs), desktop procedures, and audit readiness.
