Lead local HR strategy and operations for plant and HQ, manage workforce planning, talent development, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics. Advise management on employee relations, absenteeism, performance, and disciplinary matters. Own recruitment, onboarding, and collaborate with Works Council, EHS, and European HR. Lead CLA/trade union negotiations and translate outcomes into implementation and communication.

Provide hands-on SAP Basis support for on-premise and cloud SAP environments: installation, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, transports, system refreshes, backup/DR testing, third-party tool administration, compliance support, and collaboration with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution.

Participate in implementation, support, enhancement, and process improvement of SAP finance applications (FI/CO). Gather and translate business requirements, define functional specifications, develop test conditions, support UAT, author documentation, troubleshoot issues, and lead project teams to deliver finance system solutions.
