Lead SAP FI/CO functional design, implementation, testing, and support for finance processes. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define to-be processes, develop test scenarios, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements across General Ledger, AP/AR, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Project System, costing and profitability areas.

Serve as the primary IT contact for SAP order-to-cash; gather and translate business requirements into designs and test cases; support full lifecycle SAP implementations; troubleshoot and maintain SAP solutions; collaborate with IT teams on integrations and ensure systems support commercial and order-to-cash needs.

Serve as product owner and SME for global Core HR and Total Rewards processes and platforms (SuccessFactors EC, Compensation, ServiceNow HRSD). Manage help desk/vendor portal operations, escalations, governance (RACI, SOPs), desktop procedures, and audit readiness. Partner with HR networks, GBS/Accenture, IT, Payroll, and Finance to drive automation, analytics, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery across employee master data, payroll inputs, workforce transactions, and separations.

Manage and process weekly hourly plant payroll, reconcile payroll files and GL interfaces, ensure SOX compliance, and prepare payroll reports. Support benefits and compensation administration, training, performance tracking, and HR recordkeeping. Partner with Plant HR Manager on disability, relocations, requisitions, and labor/employee relations including grievance administration.

Support financial reporting, month-end close, forecasting, and performance analysis. Reconcile ledgers and balance sheet accounts, prepare journal entries and SOX reports, analyze variances, support audits, and provide financial analysis for contracts and margin improvement. Partner cross-functionally to drive cost savings, process improvements, and actionable insights for leadership.

Support FP&A with budgeting, month-end US GAAP close, forecasting, Tagetik data loading, audit support, financial reporting, variance analysis, cost reduction identification, and process automation.

Lead functional implementation, support, maintenance, and improvement of SAP financial applications (FI/CO). Collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, translate to developers, define test cases, produce documentation, and support full lifecycle delivery and process re-engineering.

Support corporate affairs across government relations, communications, and digital platforms. Draft content and policy materials, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, track program metrics, manage editorial calendars, support web and platform updates, handle meeting summaries and trade association engagement, and assist senior leaders with ad hoc projects and crisis communications support.

Design, audit, and support glass melting furnaces and refractories worldwide. Scope and manage design/repair projects, supervise construction and hot repairs, perform campaign life assessments, provide technical support, and ensure safety and budget adherence.

Lead local HR strategy and operations for plant and HQ, manage workforce planning, talent development, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics. Advise management on employee relations, absenteeism, performance, and disciplinary matters. Own recruitment, onboarding, and collaborate with Works Council, EHS, and European HR. Lead CLA/trade union negotiations and translate outcomes into implementation and communication.
