Lead development and integration of quantum optimization algorithms into hybrid classical-quantum workflows. Design, implement, simulate, benchmark, and run experiments on algorithms and QPUs. Build scalable software libraries, collaborate with hardware and research teams, publish results, support customer proofs-of-concept, produce documentation, and mentor colleagues.

Develop and integrate quantum machine learning algorithms for early fault-tolerant devices. Perform resource estimation, algorithm optimization, hardware-aware transpilation, and error-mitigation. Lead research publications, patents, and collaborations while mentoring team members and translating technical results for partners. Contribute to software libraries and coordinate across hardware, software, and QEC teams to deliver practical, high-impact quantum ML solutions.

Operate and maintain IQM quantum computers across cloud, customer, and R&D environments. Execute calibration, perform on-site debugging and commissioning, analyze system performance, troubleshoot hardware-software integration, support L2 incident resolution, and provide structured feedback to R&D. Develop service documentation and laboratory best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for IQM Radiance and Spark, define and validate new product concepts and MVPs, prioritize investments, support go-to-market and customer engagements, align cross-functional teams, and develop scalable product management practices for complex on-premises quantum hardware systems.

Serve as the technical bridge between IQM and customers in South Korea: design and present solutions, run technical workshops, PoCs and demos, produce technical proposals for tenders, gather product feedback, support full sales cycle, represent IQM at events, and travel across APAC to drive adoption of quantum systems.

Lead product direction for IQM Radiance and Spark across hardware, cryogenics, control electronics, software, and system performance. Define requirements, prioritize development, translate technical concepts for customers, support procurements, develop roadmaps, and coordinate R&D, engineering, sales, and customers to deliver and launch complex quantum systems.

Hands-on calibration and benchmarking of superconducting QPUs: develop and optimize calibration protocols, analyze experimental data to find bottlenecks, iterate with design and fabrication teams, support automated tune-up software and QPU deployment, and collaborate across hardware and software teams to improve system-level performance.

Support and build IQM Japans administrative functions: coordinate between Japan and HQ, manage government-funded program documentation (NEDO), run office operations, handle finance and procurement admin, maintain auditable records, and create/process standard operating procedures to scale the local office.

Design, develop, and validate mechanical components and systems for quantum computers using CAD and PDM tools. Create production-ready drawings, BOMs, and compliance documentation; lead design reviews, prototype assembly, and cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production while mentoring colleagues and improving mechanical design processes.
