Hands-on calibration and benchmarking of superconducting QPUs: develop and optimize calibration protocols, analyze experimental data to find bottlenecks, iterate with design and fabrication teams, support automated tune-up software and QPU deployment, and collaborate across hardware and software teams to improve system-level performance.

Develop and improve calibration logic and scalable calibration graphs for QPUs. Design, run, and analyze calibration experiments, implement software tools for automation, and collaborate across teams to support future chip architectures.

Develop embedded firmware and FPGA IP for quantum error correction: implement C/assembly on FPGA softcores, design and simulate HDL blocks, evaluate decoders, benchmark latency and throughput, and coordinate interfaces with hardware and software teams.
