Support Organizational Development initiatives by assisting with learning and development, project management, data collection and analysis, report preparation, continuous improvement projects, workshop facilitation, and administrative tasks. Maintain internal website and assist with marketing/outreach materials and Monday.com updates.

Provide customer service and supervise youth and adult athletic programs; issue and maintain equipment; register participants and collect fees; open/close facility; handle inquiries, incidents, and paperwork; assist with setup/cleanup, special events, basic maintenance, and program administration.
