Lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market benchmarking, manage salary structures, vendor relationships, renewals, and open enrollment. Produce analytics, ensure compliance, partner with HR and Finance, advise leaders, and improve processes and employee experience.
