ERM Taiwan seeks 3-6 month interns to support sustainability consulting projects. Responsibilities include data collection, technical reporting, multi-tasking across projects, client-focused work, and collaborating with global teams while developing technical and consulting skills.

Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting including month-end/quarter/year-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations, intercompany settlements, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.

Work as an intern supporting sustainability and EHS consulting projects across sectors (oil & gas, mining, chemicals, power, manufacturing). Tasks include data digitization, report writing, analysis, presentations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while developing technical and consulting skills over a 3–6 month placement.

Deliver EHS/ESG/E&S due diligence for M&A and project finance transactions, perform Phase I site assessments, on-site inspections, stakeholder interviews, compliance audits, assess environmental liabilities, prepare reports and proposals, and support permitting and technical advisory while managing project tasks and travel.

Deliver ESG/EHS due diligence and Phase I ESAs for M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and project finance. Conduct desktop and field assessments, stakeholder interviews, regulatory reviews, compliance audits, soil/groundwater risk assessments, reporting, proposals, budgeting, project management, and client advisory. Requires travel and strong English communication.

Provide hydrology and hydrogeology assessments, write EIA chapters and technical appendices, support scoping and baseline data collection, perform quality assurance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform planning, permitting, and sustainable project design for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Produce and maintain HSE deliverables (risk assessments, checklists, registers, compliance trackers), maintain HSE records and dashboards, support hazard identification and control actions, compile and quality-check HSE data and reports, support training/induction materials, research legislation/standards, and apply ERM methodologies under regional supervision.

Support site investigation, risk assessment and remediation projects: prepare work/monitoring plans, conduct field sampling and well installation, oversee subcontractors, perform data QA/QC and visualization, draft technical reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project delivery under project manager direction.

Support global hydrology consulting by analyzing field and hydrological data, preparing groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, and technical annexes, and collaborating with project teams. Provide data interpretation, report preparation, and mentorship to junior staff while assisting project and task managers.
