Owns ticketing, service queues, workload balancing, SLA tracking, operational reporting, workflow adoption, audit controls, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, IT, and Change teams to implement automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools and provides dashboards to Finance leadership.

Executes end-to-end Record to Report accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany activities, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance. Analyzes variances, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities while supporting transitions and system enhancements.

Supports strategic communications and stakeholder engagement projects through media monitoring, stakeholder research, database management, reporting, content development, public meeting coordination, community outreach, and administrative project support. The role also manages communication channels, coordinates vendors and events, tracks public feedback, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid consulting environment.

Provide technical/process safety consulting for plant clients (oil & gas, chemicals, hydrogen, ammonia, CCS). Facilitate HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/Bowtie workshops, perform dispersion analysis and QRA with DNV Phast/Safeti, conduct RAM using DNV TARO/MAROS, and produce safety design philosophy and engineering consulting deliverables while developing specialist expertise.

Early-career role supporting social impact and resettlement projects: conduct socio-economic surveys, social screening, prepare Resettlement Action Plans and Indigenous Peoples plans, monitor implementation, support social due diligence and stakeholder engagement, and coordinate small-to-medium projects under senior guidance. May involve domestic or international travel.

Support global capital project delivery by producing socio-economic baselines, impact assessments and mitigation frameworks for infrastructure, energy and mining projects. Carry out quantitative and qualitative economic appraisal (jobs, GVA, social value), stakeholder mapping, and draft EIA/ESIA chapters, technical notes and non-technical summaries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams, support client engagement, contribute to bids, and ensure assessments align with UK/Irish and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles).
